Translates into ‘flowers’, Bussaba is a unique blend in Thailand made from late harvested Chenin Blanc, Semillon and Muscat grapes. Full of flavor and sweetness, the juice was fermented for only a short time to obtain low alcohol and maintain natural sweetness in the wine.
Bussaba is light, refreshing , snappy and aromatic. With nose of purple passion fruit, mango, apple and orchard fruits with distinctive Semillon characteristics of fresh cut grass and gooseberry. It has citrusy acid that balances the sweetness and a round, long lingering finish. Only 8.5 percent in alcohol, Bussaba is perfect for aperitif or a compliment with Thai desserts.
