Spring Syrah Cabernet
A new addition to our ‘Spring’ range, crafted from our estate grown Syrah grapes there were bathed in abundant sunshine in a cool winter that gives maximum ripeness and fine tannins. Blended with our juicy estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. The result is a fruit-driven wine with jubey characteristics of raspberry and black currant, with hints of black pepper, capsicum and earth, balanced by the elegant vanilla oak backbone.
This wine is crafted to be enjoyed young or with cellaring up to five years.”-
